Steven Umansky is actively engaged in helping investors acquire, rehab and sell affordable single family homes.  Steven's past experiences include real estate site development, town home development, historic and non-historic home construction.  Steven is committed to appropriated and revolutionary development.  He has presented in front of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), Variance Review Board (VRB), City and County Council in various counties.  Steven has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a multitude of real estate subjects.  He is eager to provide the best service and is dedicated to improving and expanding the future of real estate development. Steven has a B.S. from Castleton State College, Vermont.  He is currently a member of the Greater Tampa Bay Association of Realtors (GTAR), Communications/P.R.
